Responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor work processes for compliance with project safety execution plans.
- Stops work in imminent danger situations or conditions having imminent adverse environmental impact.
- Confers with supervisors/managers and recommends work processes and ensures their implementation.
- Investigates incidents and prepares reports.
- Performs other tasks as directed by the project safety supervisor.

Industrial Engineer/Process Applications
we are searching for Industrial (process application) Engineer, who would like to take part in the largest ongoing civil engineering project in the world today: Jubail City II in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Economic Development department.
- Duties include evaluation of industry applicants and all requirements for land, utilities and types of products for Jubail industrial development.
- Establish process types and also evaluate the best use of land to meet the type of process / product capacity and expansion requirements.
- Process industrial Site Allocation Requests, SAR’s, and comply with the Royal Commission JMP’s for the EDD Industrial development Group in Jubail.
- Participate in investor meetings and record the meeting for the file and distribution, and handle assigned accounts for industries.
- Interface with Engineering for Technical support, studies and other RC Departments for Specialist and Technical input, and also Utility interfaces as necessary.
- Report on the individual industries assigned an a weekly basis and input into the EDD Industrial quarterly report, and identify critical items in order to expedite the process of industry allocation of land and utilities.
- Follow up with industries to ensure the applicant is progressing with their project in accordance with the schedule and conditional requirements of the Royal Commission for industrial development in Jubail.
- Strict confidentiality requirements and business ethics when dealing with all investors is imperative

Field Civil Engineer
we are searching for Senior Construction Engineer, who would like to take part in the largest ongoing civil engineering project in the world today: Jubail City II in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Review contractor technical submittals.
- Review drawings and coordinate with discipline engineers where needed, and ensure reviewed drawings are available to all parties.
- Coordinate with Contract Supervisors to assure the required technical submittals are obtained from contractors.
- Participate in final inspection and prepare “punch lists”. Participate in the preparation of technical features of Field Change Requests and Change Orders.
- Supervise quantity take-offs. Monitor contractor inspection program and quality control program, review contractors’ monthly invoices, drawings and O&M manuals review and monitor as-builts.
- Prepare daily reports and weekly logs for each Contractor. Review all construction material testing and review, evaluate the testing results.

Reports Engineer
we are searching for Reports Engineer, who would like to take part in the largest ongoing civil engineering project in the world today: Jubail City II in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Assigned to Project Controls Group, and seconded to Planning & Budget Department, Royal Commission. Responsible for issuing reports required by Bechtel and Royal Commission Management. The candidate will provide early visibility of progress and performance along with necessary corrective actions to mitigate delays. Specific tasks include but not limited to the following:
- Issuance of Project Bi-Monthly/Monthly/Bi-Weekly Progress Reports.
- Automation / Streamlining of departmental reports.
- Support the Planning & Budget Department in planning, coordinating and establishing a comprehensive reporting structure for Royal Commission Management.
- Establish common format for reporting progress and performance produced by different project entities.
- Be able to work with various project groups within the organization to produce various program reports.
